1. Introduction

Welcome to Brain Neti ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or any services provided by Brain Neti, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Packages & Payments

• All course packages are priced in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Brain Neti does not store your payment card details.
• Once a package is purchased, it will be activated immediately on your account.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Lecture Scheduling & Attendance

• Students can schedule lectures with available instructors at their preferred date and time slots.
• Lectures must be attended as scheduled. Missing a lecture without prior cancellation may result in a penalty.
• Rescheduling is allowed but is subject to a penalty fee of ₹100 per rescheduled lecture.
• Brain Neti reserves the right to modify penalty amounts with prior notice.

5. Penalties

Penalties are charged for missed or rescheduled lectures. The penalty amount will be deducted from your wallet balance. If insufficient balance exists, it will be carried forward as a due amount. Persistent no-shows may result in temporary suspension of scheduling privileges.

6. Wallet & Transactions

• The wallet is a digital balance within the Brain Neti platform used for in-app transactions.
• Wallet credits earned through referrals or promotions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Wallet balance can be used towards purchasing course packages or paying penalties.

7. Referral Program

Our Refer & Earn program allows you to earn ₹1,000 for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred user registers and purchases any course package using your referral code. Referral rewards are credited to your wallet within 24 hours of the successful purchase. Brain Neti reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Brain Neti platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, and software, is the property of Brain Neti or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brain Neti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
